Within just two months, three of my parcels were delivered to different locations. Not a single one was delivered to my home, or even remotely close to where I live.
The delivery photos were taken so close up that they were practically useless. The only things visible were a parcel and a wall. No house number could be seen, and no useful location details were provided. In one case, an address was included, but after investigating, I found that nobody at that address had accepted the parcel on my behalf.
I submitted complaints regarding all of these incidents, and each complaint was assigned a case number. In one instance, I received a reply stating that the matter was under investigation. The remaining complaints went no further than receiving a reference number, with no updates, explanations, or resolution.
Below are the delivery photos provided in these cases. Judge for yourself whether they reveal where the parcels were actually delivered.

I have no idea which property this is or what its address might be. A close-up photo showing a person and a brick wall is not, in my view, evidence that the parcel was delivered TO ME.
IMPORTANT: I am disabled and housebound. I remain in my flat around the clock and do not leave it, even briefly. Not one of these couriers ever came to my door. These parcels were ordered by me, not by my neighbours or anyone else in the area. I was at home waiting for every single delivery.
I have no idea where my parcels are. They were never delivered to me. If they didn’t reach me, then somebody either threw them away or STOLE them. As things stand, my property has simply vanished, and nobody at EVRI appears willing to explain what happened to it.
After everything that has happened, I consider EVRI to be a completely unreliable and unprofessional company. Three missing deliveries in two months, unanswered complaints, and no explanation as to where my parcels ended up have destroyed any confidence I might have had in its services. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting EVRI with their deliveries.
